You need to let him go hun. And don't do the stupid 'hook up with some random guy in order to forget the ex' bullshit, that only demeans you. Just let him go. Do something symbolic if its required, or something with your girlfriends. Let him go and remember that you had a pretty good life before he came along...
OMGawdess do REMEMBER life before LBJ- and how good that Life Before Jake was. FOr now stop thinking about Jake. Have a Jake cleansing. Remove ALL memories, everything about him. Cleanse the Love palette so to speak. Until you do that, you will continue to hurt yourself, and NEVER be truly open to noticing Mr. Right Cuming Up.
