I figured out how much it will cost to go to his town. Too much. It would amount to about three days of work and that sucks, because I can't go spending the money I make like that.
I'm sad. Hopefully he can come see me.

Thats when my gf and I were last together. Normally we see each other every couple months, visiting for various holidays and breaks. But she realized she could finish both of her degrees by December if she stayed focused and in class through the summer. We decided to push through so that we would be able to be together during what would be spring term rather than having to wait.
Its been difficult. By far the longest we have been apart in the six years we have been together. Thank god its almost over. Grad school we are researching together, the goal is to find a location where we I can advance my career while she finishes school. With her education goals in mind, it would be unrealistic to keep this up otherwise.
That said, she's worth waiting for.
I had to wait an entire year one time to see my ex. she moved back to America because of a problem in her family, and didn't have enough money to come back any sooner.
we didn't break up because of that though, something else happened.
so don't worry :P
